In order to meet your requirements we need to fully understand what you're looking for, and the best way for us to do that is to listen. Whatever you want, just tell us and we'll do our very best to deliver. 


We’ll help you make informed decisions

Renting a property can seem like a complicated process, so to make things easier for you and to help you understand the process of renting a property and the details of our own procedures see our Renting Process. It explains our procedures so you’ll know what to expect every step of the way. Our property adverts also contain more information than your likely to find anywhere else. We include all room measurements, floorplans, lots of high quality pictures, location maps and much more to allow you to really weigh up a property before committing your time to view.

We’ll keep you informed throughout the renting process.

From start to finish we'll keep in touch. We will keep you posted of new properties coming to the market that meet your requirements via email and text. If you chose to let a property through us, our Lettings Co-ordinator will keep you posted on the progress of your application, and organize your check in. We even give you information regarding your bin day, stop tap location, and much more when you move in so you won’t be left stuck!


Save Money with our Fair Fee Structure

We are completely open and transparent in the way we deal with clients and have a fair fee structure. There is nothing worse than viewing your perfect home and then finding out that the agent wants to charge you more than half your monthly salary to reference and move you in! We keep our fees low and there are no hidden extras along the way either so no nasty surprises!
If you would like to apply to let one of our properties you will be asked to pay the following; 


  1. Our holding fee of £100.00 
This IS refunded to you when you move into the property, but should you fail referencing or change your mind then unfortunately this money will NOT be refunded. 


  2. Our referencing fees; 
A single persons reference is £175. We then charge £100 per person thereafter and £75 per guarantor (if required). 
There are NO other compulsory additional charges.

  3. There are NO other compulsory fees to pay during or at the end of the tenancy. There are additional services that we offer that you can choose to purchase for your own benefit and details of these will be provided to you before you move into the property.

We’re Available When You Need Us

Our office in Longwell Green is open until 6.30pm week days and 5pm on Saturdays ensuring that we are available when you need us and means we can work around your work commitments. We will always do our very best to arrange viewings at a time to suit you. We also have contractors available outside of office hours 24/7 should you have any emergency maintenance issues.

We’re Professional and Accountable

We are members of The Property Ombudsman, and ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), giving you peace of mind that you are dealing with a reputable and accountable company that take our responsibilities seriously. You have access to a formal redress scheme should you need it and we also have our client accounts audited annually, client money protection insurance in place at all times, and are always up to date with changing legislation and best practice within the industry.


We’re Pet Friendly

As loving pet owners ourselves, we actively encourage our landlords to consider letting their properties to responsible pet owners. If you have a pet and are struggling to find a place to rent then give us a call and we’ll do all we can to help.
